BODY POSTURE

It’s important to have good posture when speaking. In the book Winning at Public Speaking, Shane Read suggests to improve your body posture “think about your spine growing taller and lengthening and that you have a bungee cord connected to your head that is pulling you upward towards the ceiling, next relax your shoulders...” By practicing this a few minutes every once in a while you will improve your body posture.
